From the start of the season to the end, Peppernick made a name for himself in his senior season. He won the discus at the Tim Cook Invitational to begin the season and captured a second-place medal in the event at the PIAA Class AA championships to end the year. At the District 5 Championships, Peppernick hurled the discus 169-1 to break the district record by more than six feet, and he also claimed the district gold in the shot put. |

Shannon, a senior, was the ace of the Greyhound pitching staff and was solid at the plate as well. On the mound, he gave up just seven earned runs in 54 innings (0.90 earned run average) with 62 strikeouts and 16 walks. He also threw a one-hitter against Northern York. At the plate, he finished with a .353 batting average and was second on the team with 19 RBIs. |

Rider, a junior pitcher/first baseman, was nearly untouchable on the mound for the Indians this season. In 69 1/3 innings, he gave up just 16 runs, 12 earned, with 108 strikeouts and just five walks (a 21.6 strikeouts-to-walk ratio). In 12 starts, he finished with a 9-1 record and had eight complete games with four shutouts. He also tossed a no-hitter in SF’s District 5 Class A semifinal win over Berlin. |

Roberts. Seven of Hook's 13 victories came via the shutout, including a 1-0 victory against Exeter in the District 3 quarterfinals, when she hit a walk-off home run. |

She had 25 RBIs and racked up 20 extra-base hits, including 11 doubles, three triples and six home runs. In the circle, she had a 7-5 record with a 2.14 ERA. In 71 innings of work, she allowed only 20 walks while striking out 123 batters. |
