Title:  Cash Gladfelter, West York baseball
Description:  A threat on the mound and at the plate, the senior spearheaded the Bulldogs attack. Gladfelter was 4-3 and struck out 42 batters in 27 innings. He finished the season with a 1.56 ERA. At the plate, he hit .381 with 16 runs batted in. He scored 19 runs and hit six doubles and a triple.
   
 
Title:  Reese Devilbiss, Northeastern volleyball
Description:  A three-year starter with three state gold medals, Devilbiss is outside hitter unlike any other. This past season, he scored a team-high 455 kills in the Bobcats’ charge to the PIAA Class AA title. Devilbiss also registered 73 aces, 78 blocks and 54 digs.
 
   
 
Title:  John Schmitt, Dallastown tennis
Description:  After going undefeated in league play, the senior captured his second straight YAIAA Class AAA singles tournament championship. Two days, later, Schmitt won the league doubles championship with Wildcat teammate Tyler Lilie.
   
 
Title:  Hunter Betz, West York lacrosse
Description:  The senior attacker scored 45 goals and added a league-leading 66 assists — 20 more than the No. 2 assists leader. Betz led the Bulldogs to their first YAIAA title, which he said was their main goal coming into the season. The Delaware Valley College-commit finished his high school career with 134 goals and 171 assists.
 
   
 
Title:  Ravaughn Dillard, Gettysburg track and field
Description:  The 6-foot-3 sophomore tied the school record with a PIAA Class AAA gold medal-winning triple jump of 47 feet, 11 inches, more than three feet better than his previous best. He first exceeded 47 feet in a gold-medal winning effort at the YAIAA championships, and he placed fourth at the district meet.
 
 
Lancaster-Lebanon Boys'  
 
   
 
Title:  Derek Manning, Hempfield baseball
Description:  Manning had a batting average of .342 in 2015 with 28 RBI. The Hempfield senior also collected six wins on the mound for the Black Knights.
   
 
Title:  Camren Ney, Donegal baseball
Description:  The senior ace sported an 8-1 record in 2015 with a 2.00 ERA. In addition to his work on the mound, Ney also hit .324 and racked up 15 RBI.
 
   
 
Title:  Chris Augeri, Manheim Township lacrosse
Description:  Augeri racked up 95 points for the Blue Streaks in 2015 with 60 goals and 35 assists. Augeri was a driving force in Township’s league and district title runs.
   
 
Title:  Ben Naumann, Hempfield volleyball
Description:  Naumann was a driving force in the Black Knight’s section and league title as well as a PIAA Class AAA semifinal run. The senior outside hitter was voted the L-L MVP at the conclusion of the league playoffs.
 
   
 
Title:  Stevie Roda, Cedar Crest lacrosse
Description:  Totaling 75 points (57 goals, 18 assists), the junior midfielder proved to be the Falcons’ best offensive weapons and one of the best in the L-L this spring.
   
 
Title:  Bobby Dorta, Palmyra baseball
Description:  Dorta recovered from injury to eventually lead the Cougars into the district quarterfinals. The senior threw a two-hitter in the first round to spring a 1-0 upset of No. 2 West Perry.
 
   
 
Title:  Evan Horn, Cedar Crest track and field
Description:  Horn, a junior, finished sixth at the state track meet with a throw of 185-3 in the javelin.
   
 
Title:  Colin Muraika, Cedar Crest tennis
Description:  Muraika, a senior, won the District 3 Class AAA singles title.
 
   
 
Title:  Adam Bahney and Galen McNaughton, Elco tennis
Description:  Bahney and McNaughton, both seniors, took league, district and state golds as doubles pairs this spring.
   
 
Title:  Jeronimo Rodriguez, Lebanon track and field
Description:  Rodriguez, a senior, took silver at the state meet, clocking in at 48.69 seconds in the boys AAA 400-meter run.
 
Franklin/Fulton Boys'  
 
   
 
Title:  Jake Pierson, Chambersburg lacrosse
Description:  The senior attacker led the Trojans with 54 goals and 10 assists.
   
 
Title:  Isaac Shenton and Josh Summers, James Buchanan
Description:  Tennis: Shenton and Summers, both sophomores, took the Mid Penn Conference Class AA No. 1 doubles title. They beat Bishop McDevitt, 7-5, 6-7 (7-3), 6-0.
 
   
 
Title:  Peter Hughey, James Buchanan track and field
Description:  For the second year in a row, Hughey claimed a gold medal at the District 3 Class AAA championships. At districts this year, the senior finished with a time of 48.12, which broke his own school record in the 400. Hughey also added an eighth-place medal in the 100 at districts and was fourth in the 400 at the PIAA championships.
   
 
Title:  Tom Peppernick, Fannett-Metal track and field
Description:  From the start of the season to the end, Peppernick made a name for himself in his senior season. He won the discus at the Tim Cook Invitational to begin the season and captured a second-place medal in the event at the PIAA Class AA championships to end the year. At the District 5 Championships, Peppernick hurled the discus 169-1 to break the district record by more than six feet, and he also claimed the district gold in the shot put.
 
   
 
Title:  Cordell Shannon, Shippensburg baseball
Description:  Shannon, a senior, was the ace of the Greyhound pitching staff and was solid at the plate as well. On the mound, he gave up just seven earned runs in 54 innings (0.90 earned run average) with 62 strikeouts and 16 walks. He also threw a one-hitter against Northern York. At the plate, he finished with a .353 batting average and was second on the team with 19 RBIs.
   
 
Title:  Trent Rider, Southern Fulton baseball
Description:  Rider, a junior pitcher/first baseman, was nearly untouchable on the mound for the Indians this season. In 69 1/3 innings, he gave up just 16 runs, 12 earned, with 108 strikeouts and just five walks (a 21.6 strikeouts-to-walk ratio). In 12 starts, he finished with a 9-1 record and had eight complete games with four shutouts. He also tossed a no-hitter in SF’s District 5 Class A semifinal win over Berlin.
 
York/Adams Girls'  
 
   
 
Title:  Hayley Norton, Spring Grove softball
Description:  In addition to hitting .627 this season, Norton was a run-producing machine and drove in 36 runs while scoring 31 times. The senior also accumulated a slugging percentage of 1.169. Of her 37 hits, 19 went for extra bases, including five home runs and 11 doubles.
   
 
Title:  Lynne Mooradian, South Western track and field
Description:  For the second straight year, Mooradian won four gold medals at the YAIAA championships (100, 200, 400, 300 hurdles). The junior followed up by reaching the PIAA meet in all three events she participated in at districts (100, 200, 300 hurdles), and she added two medals at states (300 hurdles, 100).
 
   
 
Title:  Morgan Day, Kennard-Dale lacrosse
Description:  After scoring an astonishing 126 goals in her senior season, the St. Francis University commit finished her high school career with a national-record 469 goals. Day recorded at least a hat trick in every game this season and added 33 assists while leading the Rams to a third-place finish in the district.

Title:  Brittany Hook, Penn Manor softball
Description:  This year, Hook obliterated the L-L League record in strikeouts with 279, as Penn Manor’s freshman pitcher helped lead the Comets (15-9) to their first ever PIAA tournament victory with a 13-strikeout, 2-0 shutout performance over District 1 champion Owen J. Roberts. Seven of Hook's 13 victories came via the shutout, including a 1-0 victory against Exeter in the District 3 quarterfinals, when she hit a walk-off home run.
   
 
Title:  Rachel Robinson, Donegal softball
Description:  Robinson helped lead the Lady Indians to L-L League and District 3 Class AAA titles, reaching the PIAA Class AAA quarterfinals and a 26-4 overall record. The sophomore posted team-highs in batting average (0.512), hits (43), and extra-base hits (26), including 7 home runs, displaying vital leadership from her shortstop position.
 
   
 
Title:  Emily McBride, Manheim Township lacrosse
Description:  McBride tallied 95 goals for the Blue Streaks in 2015 while adding 29 assists. The Township senior has committed to play at the University of Virginia next year.
   
 
Title:  Emma Lerchen, Annville-Cleona softball
Description:  The Little Dutchmen’s ace helped lead a trip to the district quarterfinals, where A-C fell to Brandywine Heights.
 
   
 
Title:  Claire Shaak, Elco softball
Description:  Arguably the best all-around player in the county, the senior Shaak dominated rivals from the circle in 2015.
   
 
Title:  Nikki Wagner, Cedar Crest lacrosse
Description:  Despite suffering a strained MCL, the senior midfielder scored more than 50 goals again for the Falcons, who battled adversity throughout their season.
 
   
 
Title:  Erin Winters, Lebanon track and field
Description:  Winters, a senior, recorded a fifth-place finish at the state track meet by clearing 12-0 in the pole vault.
 
 
Franklin/Fulton Girls'  
 
   
 
Title:  Abby Wilmot, Chambersburg lacrosse
Description:  Wilmot led the Trojans with 34 assists, and she also tallied four assists. The senior scored a school-record seven goals against Mechanicsburg.
   
 
Title:  Lilly Harnish, Waynesboro track and field
Description:  Despite battling injuries in the beginning of her senior season, Harnish had a fine end to her high school career. She finished the year with a fourth-place medal in the high jump at the PIAA championships by clearing 5-6. Harnish also had quite a successful time at the District 3 championships, where she earned gold in the high jump (5-6) and silver in the triple jump (38-1).
 
   
 
Title:  Ally Brown, Greencastle-Antrim softball
Description:  Brown was the Blue Devils' most consistent hitter, finishing with a .488 batting average. The sophomore drove in 38 runs and finished with six doubles, six triples and three home runs. In the circle, she had a 2.95 ERA in 78 1/3 innings, finishing with 42 strikeouts.
   
 
Title:  Sydney Reath, Mercersburg Academy softball
Description:  Reath finished her senior season with a .582 batting average, a .617 on-base percentage and a 1.218 slugging percentage. She had 25 RBIs and racked up 20 extra-base hits, including 11 doubles, three triples and six home runs. In the circle, she had a 7-5 record with a 2.14 ERA. In 71 innings of work, she allowed only 20 walks while striking out 123 batters.
