Eligibility. Winner will be notified via email or phone. All Pennsylvania residents of York and Adams Counties, 18 years or older, are eligible for the contest. Employees, the representatives of the York Newspaper Company, MediaOnePA (which includes the York Daily Record, York Sunday News, The York Dispatch, The Evening Sun, the Lebanon Daily News, The Public Opinion) and the subsidiaries, affiliates and parent companies of such entities, and the members of the immediate families or household of such individuals are not eligible.
Prizes. Submissions will be accepted from April 29 through July 16, 2013 only at SmartMagPA.com. Applicants must submit a photo of their garden or containers housing vegetables or flowers. Online form must be filled out in its entirety in order to qualify for the voting round. All qualified applicants will advance to the voting round, which will be held from July 17-23, 2013. A $50 Heritage Hills Golf Resort gift card will be given to the top vote-getter. All taxes and fees associated with acceptance of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitutions of cash will be permitted. No transfer or assignment of prize is permitted. Winner will arrange with the MediaOnePA marketing department to take delivery of prize within one week of notification of winning. Any prize not picked up will be donated to charity. Winner waives and releases all legal actions and claims or liabilities, damages, injuries or losses of any kind whatsoever, against the York Newspaper Company, MediaOnePA, and the affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, employees, officers and directors of such entities arising out of the prize winner’s participation in this contest and/or the acceptance and use of the prize. Winner consents to the use of their name, entry, photographs or other likenesses for the advertising, promotions, public relations or broadcasting purposes on behalf of MediaOnePA without compensation to the winner for such use. Two forms of ID are required before award can be granted.
Entry. No purchase necessary to enter for prizes. Subject to all federal, state and local taxes where applicable. Void where restricted or otherwise prohibited by law. Deadline for submissions is 11:59 p.m. July 16, 2013. Voting will take place from July 17-23, 2013 at the following locations:

The York Newspaper Company, MediaOnePA, its affiliates, subsidiaries and parent companies are not responsible for damaged, late, lost or misdirected mail, entries or communications. Any and all disputes, questions or claims will be decided by MediaOnePA in accordance with these rules and in their sole discretion. By participating, all entrants agree to abide by all of these rules and the decisions of MediaOnePA, which shall be final in all matters relating to the contest.
