Eligibility.Winner will be notified via email or phone. All residents of the USA, 18 years or older -- or younger than 18 with the permission of a parent or guardian -- are eligible. Employees, the representatives of Heritage Hills Golf Resort, the York Newspaper Company, MediaOnePA (which includes the York Daily Record, York Sunday News, The York Dispatch, The Evening Sun, the Lebanon Daily News, The Public Opinion) and the subsidiaries, affiliates and parent companies of such entities, and the members of the immediate families or household of such individuals are not eligible.
Prizes. Submissions will be accepted from through 11:59 p.m. February 10, 2013 only at SmartMagPA.com. Online form must be filled out in its entirety in order to qualify for the voting round. All qualified applicants will advance to the voting round, which will be held from February 11 – 13. The top vote-getter will win the Grand Prize. Grand Prize is a $50 Heritage Hills Golf Resort gift card. Based on availability; some restrictions may apply. Please visit Heritage Hills for details. All taxes and fees associated with acceptance of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitutions of cash will be permitted. No transfer or assignment of prize is permitted. Winner waives and releases all legal actions and claims or liabilities, damages, injuries or losses of any kind whatsoever, against Heritage Hills Golf Resort, the York Newspaper Company, MediaOnePA, and the affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, employees, officers and directors of such entities arising out of the prize winner’s participation in this contest and/or the acceptance and use of the prize. Winner consents to the use of their name, entry, photographs or other likenesses for the advertising, promotions, public relations or broadcasting purposes on behalf of MediaOnePA and Heritage Hills Golf Resort without compensation to the winner for such use.
