Eligibility. Winner will be notified via email or phone. All residents of York and Adams counties, 18 years and older, are eligible to submit a photo. Employees, the representatives of the York Newspaper Company, MediaOnePA (which includes the York Daily Record, York Sunday News, The York Dispatch, The Evening Sun, the Lebanon Daily News, & the Public Opinion) and the subsidiaries, affiliates and parent companies of such entities, and the members of the immediate families or household of such individuals are not eligible.
Prizes. Photo submissions will be accepted from Dec. 10 to Dec. 17, only at SmartMagPA.com. Online form must be filled out in its entirety in order to qualify for the voting round. MediaOnePA reserves the right to disqualify any entries that are not deemed appropriate. All qualified applicants will advance to the voting round, which will be held from Dec. 18, 2012, to 11:59 p.m. (EST) on Dec. 23, 2012. The top vote-getter will win the Grand Prize: One $25 gift card to Target. All taxes and fees associated with acceptance of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitutions of cash will be permitted. No transfer or assignment of prize is permitted. MediaOnePA reserves the right to substitute any and all prizes with prizes of equal or greater value, if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winner will arrange with MediaOnePA to take delivery of prize within one week of notification of winning. Winner waives and releases all legal actions and claims or liabilities, damages, injuries or losses of any kind whatsoever, against Target, the York Newspaper Company, MediaOnePA, and the affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, employees, officers and directors of such entities arising out of the prize winner’s participation in this contest and/or the acceptance and use of the prize. Two forms of ID are required before award can be granted.
