Eligibility. Winner will be notified via email or phone. Employees, the representatives of the York Newspaper Company, MediaOnePA (which includes the York Daily Record, York Sunday News, The York Dispatch, The Evening Sun, the Lebanon Daily News, The Public Opinion) and the subsidiaries, affiliates and parent companies of such entities, and the members of the immediate families or household of such individuals are not eligible.
Prizes.The York County/Adams County winter athletes appearing in this contest were all “Players of the Year” in their respective divisions, which was determined in part by the votes of league coaches who submitted ballots. The Lebanon winter athletes appearing in this contest were the winter sports performers of the year, determined by a panel of Lebanon Daily News sports writers. The Franklin/Fulton winter athletes appearing in this contest were the winter sports performers of the year, determined by a panel of The Public Opinion News sports writers. Voting will take place from April 3, 2015 through April 12, 2015. There will be a total of 6 winners: the top male and female vote-getters from York/Adams County, the top male and female vote-getters from Lancaster-Lebanon and the top male and female vote-getters from Franklin/Fulton will win the grand prize. Grand Prize is a framed GameTimePA.com certificate. Some restrictions may apply. All taxes and fees associated with acceptance of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitutions of cash will be permitted. No transfer or assignment of prize is permitted. Winner will arrange with MediaOnePA to take delivery of prize within one week of notification of winning. Winner waives and releases all legal actions and claims or liabilities, damages, injuries or losses of any kind whatsoever, against the York Newspaper Company, MediaOnePA, and the affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, employees, officers and directors of such entities arising out of the prize winner’s participation in this contest and/or the acceptance and use of the prize. Winner consents to the use of their name, entry, photographs or other likenesses for the advertising, promotions, public relations or broadcasting purposes on behalf of MediaOnePA without compensation to the winner for such use. Two forms of ID are required before award can be granted.

Any and all disputes, questions or claims will be decided by MediaOnePA in accordance with these rules and in their sole discretion.
